RV Inspections
& Diagnostics
Inspections
RV Inspections are just like a Home Inspection, yet specialized for RVs. They offer new RV buyers peace of mind that they are purchasing a quality RV, that does not require costly repairs. You will receive a comprehensive RV Inspection and RV Inspection Report based on industry standards. This process allows you to make an informed purchase decision aware of system issues, hidden problems, and dangerous conditions from an unbiased third party.
Inspections are also available for pre-purchased units that are in need of revival.
Insurance Quotes
Step 1
Contact your RV Insurance company and confirm that they will pay for your inspection/quote in full. If insurance does not cover the cost of the inspection/quote, then that cost will be out of pocket. Any out of pocket costs will roll into repair costs if you choose J1 services for the repairs, as long as repairs exceed $2,000.
Step 2
Call J1 Services to book an appointment.
Step 3
J1 Services will come to your location for the inspection/quote. Payment by you is made at the time of the inspection/quote. Most insurance companies will reimburse you.
Step 4
J1 Services will work with your RV Insurance Company throughout the claims process. Parts will be ordered, and an appointment scheduled to repair your RV once the parts arrive. This can be anywhere from same day service to several weeks depending on parts and the extent of labor. J1 Services is certified and insured!
Warranty Claims
Step 1
Call your RV Warranty Company and explain your concerns. You will need to confirm what your coverage is and clarify what your Warranty Company will and will not pay for.
Step 2
Call J1 Services and explain your RV service needs. Provide J1 with your warranty information, so communication can be established and a case opened.
Step 3
J1 Services will arrive at your location, complete repairs, and complete any paperwork your RV Warranty Company requires.
Step 4
Depending on your Warranty Company, payment will either be made by your Warranty Company directly or will offer you reimbursement for expenses. You will be responsible for any costs not covered by your warranty.
