Inspections

RV Inspections are just like a home Inspection, yet specialized for RVs. They offer new RV buyers peace of mind that they are purchasing a quality RV, that does not require costly repairs. You will receive a comprehensive RV Inspection and RV Inspection Report based on industry standards. This process allows you to make an informed purchase decision aware of system issues, hidden problems, and dangerous conditions from an unbiased third party.

Routine Services

Furnace

The service of the furnace should be conducted once a year or every six months, based on how often it has been used. Check propane connections, clean out the intake/ exhaust pipes, inspect wires and check for water damage.

Water Heater

The service on the water heaters should be conducted once a year or based on how often it has been used. Clean out the water tank, ensure that the water is not leaking from the fittings, inspect all wires and connections, blow out any, and all debris from around the water heater.

Air Conditioner

Air conditioner service is important, and it is recommended annually. To ensure a cool summer, we can remove and replace A/C units, provide annual service or we can also replace the control board, thermostat, remote control, condenser, evaporator, fan motor, and start/ run capacitors. We work with ducted/ non-ducted systems.

Propane

Inspect regulator, hoses, refrigerator, gas stove, furnace, water heater, test the system to ensure that there are no leaks.

Electrical

We can service electrical issues when it comes to converters, breaker boxes, fuse panels batteries, and shore power.

Plumbing

Addressing issues that affect your water pump, lines, fitting city water hookups, fresh water tank(s). kitchen, bathroom faucets, and showers.

Insurance Quotes

Step 1

Call your RV Insurance company and confirm that they will pay for your RV Insurance Repair Quote in full. When you are ready, ask for your claim number to pay for the estimate.

Step 2

Call J1 Services and make an Insurance Quote appointment. You can expect a quick appointment of 1-2 days!

Step 3

J1 Services will come to your location and write an RV Insurance Quote for repairs. Payment by you is made at the time the Quote is provided, Most insurance companies will reimburse you for this.

Step 4

If you elect for J1 Services to make repairs, we will work with your RV Insurance Company throughout the claims process. We will order the parts, and schedule an appointment to repair your RV once the parts arrive. This can be anywhere from same day service to a week or so depending on parts. J1 Services is fully licensed and insured!

Warranty Claims

Step 1

Call your RV Warranty Company and explain your RVs problems. You will need to confirm what your coverage is and clarify what your warranty company will and will not pay for. Ask them about pre-authorized. (You will pay for the repairs upfront and then be reimbursed by your Warranty Company.)

Step 2

Call J1 Services and explain your RV Service needs. Set up a service call appointment for diagnosis and/or repair.

Step 3

J1 Services will arrive at your location, complete repairs, and provide any paperwork your RV Warranty Company needs. J1 Services is fully licensed and insured!

Step 4

File for reimbursement from your RV Warranty Company.
